I was camping beside this beautiful creek. The sun was streaming in through the tree canopy lighting up the trunks of the trees and the foilage. The creek water was showing its colour from the reflections. I set up my plein air gear by the creek to paint this tranquil scene. I hope you like how my painting has captured the feel of the air in the forest, it's dark depths and its joyous light!
