Rocky Aspen Glow

In the morning I experienced symptoms of altitude sickness after ascending to a higher elevation. Although I had intended to paint in the afternoon, I chose to rest beforehand to feel better. While painting, a passerby commented that my painting of her favorite location with aspens had brightened her day. Painting helped me feel better also. Especially since it is an inspiring subject to paint.
