Zone 3 is a favorite small business in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains and naturally full of color and life. It's always been an attractive subject and I've sketched it before, but decided to paint it for a Plein Air event. Love the immediacy of painting outdoors and the richness of oil paints. Had to be sure to put in the Awesome Corn sign as it's an icon of the place.
